High Performance Computing Center (HPCC) – Michigan State University

The HPCC received an Academic Excellence Grant in hardware valued at $38,895.00 from Sun Microsystems. The following hardware was received as part of the grant:

• Sun X4600 – general interactive compute node
• Sun X4500 – storage system to increase the capacity of the Lustre scratch space

The HPCC would like to thank Sun and their continued support of our center.
