Contact Methods
- Forums: For non-urgent, general help, please use the forums: http://forums.msu.edu
- Request Tracker: To report a problem you can fill out the form http://www.hpcc.msu.edu/contact. This is the primary way to contact the hpcc staff. Each request will be logged into a request tracking system and staff members will try to respond to all emails within 4 hours of receiving them (during regular office hours). System will also monitored off hours in case of an emergency.

- Office: HPCC is currently located in 3200 EB. Our office is open Monday though Friday from 9am until 5pm. You are welcome to stop by and ask questions or you can schedule an appointment using the hpc web contact form: http://www.hpcc.msu.edu/contact

Support Hours
Systems are supported 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday, excluding university holidays. When possible, monitoring and maintenance will be provided on a 24 hour basis. For more information on the High Performance Computing Centre service Level Agreement, click on the SLA option under User Resources.
