Researchers at MSU who use our high performance computing systems come from a variety of research backgrounds, and for many, the HPCC provides their first opportunity to work with systems like these.
One of our goals is to make our systems easy-to-use, and these resources, such as documentation and classes, and the community of users itself are important to this goal.
A forum is now available for users to more easily communicate with each other. We hope that systems difficulties, programming, and other issues can be discussed there. Please visit the HPCC forum to communicate with fellow users.
Reporting a problem:
To ensure the fastest response time, all problems or issues with the system should fill out the form at http://www.hpcc.msu.edu/contact.
Systems are supported 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday, excluding university holidays. When possible, monitoring and maintenance will be provided on a 24 hour basis.
